Teo was very helpful in getting me a deal on my dream car. Nicely presented showroom, a good cup of tea and a decent test drive as well. No pressure at all on the sale, the cars sell themselves, everything was immaculately presented. Couple of small niggles with the car, of which the team at pinnacle are arranging to have sorted, nothing is too much trouble for these lads. 10/10, would happily deal with them again, but I doubt you'll get me out of the TT anytime soon!

Excellent from start to finish, I couldn't fault any member of staff they gave me the keys and no pressure to buy or even starring over my shoulder. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. We live in Leicester so a train trip or take 2 cars but they even offered a lift from the station, which was very kind of them but as it was Saturday it was busy so a taxi was used. Thanks again pinnacle.

Great car and great buying experience
Really great people to deal with. From when we spoke on the phone all the way through our visit and purchase everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and in no way pushy. I've not bought a vehicle through a dealership before (always bought privately) so wasn't sure what to expect, but I would definitely consider buying from Pinnacle Cars Ltd again. Really great folk to deal with.

Doing my research paid dividends and the 5 star reviews got me to buy a car from Pinnacle Cars in Sheffield despite living in London. I've met a fair few pretentious car salesmen in my time but Colin and Jordan were absolutely the best I have dealt with. There was no pushy sales tactics and there are no airs and graces with them. Just normal, nice people who are clearly doing something right. The cars for sale are all valeted and detailed to a high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pinnacle Cars to anybody.

We decided to call in to Pinnacle Cars on the off chance on our first visit but unfortunately the car we were interested in wasn't at the showroom so after organising a further appointment we eventually got to see it. And it's beautiful! We were told to take it out for a drive with no hurry, Jordan was the guy we dealt with and he was great, we didn't feel any pressure, coffee was made, questions answered and deal done. The car is everything we wanted and the guys at Pinnacle seem genuine and happy to help. We've been in contact with Jordan about minor queries since we brought the car home, but he answered/sorted those out without fuss. Thanks Jordan Oh and did I say how fabulous the car is! Would recommend and use again in the future.

After my initial enquiry speaking with Jordan I felt at ease to make the 3 hour journey to view a Mercedes which I had been searching quite a while for. Recent purchase of my Mercedes CLA - Cannot express how amazing the guys at pinnacle have been, from start to finish and all the bits inbetween. Genuine guys with great experience and knowledge behind them, with no task or question being too difficult to answer / sort ! An actual dealership where you're allowed to roam around the showroom viewing cars, without having a shadow and an abundance of questions breathing down the back of your neck.Great turnaround from viewing the car, to signing the papers and the handover of keys, all within a matter of days. Can't recommend enough.

After needing a car pretty quick, I contacted Pinnacle to discuss the car I saw on auto trader to be welcomed by a salesman called Jordan who was very easy to deal with. I explained it would be a cash sale and I need the car literally today. Once I arrived at Pinnacle I was greeted by Teo who was expecting me as Jordan wasn't available and offered a drink before anything else which I thought was great. Within 3 hours of the phone call I was driving away in my new vehicle which is in immaculate condition even though it had only landed at Pinnacle 48hrs prior. They're was no pressure to sell the car to me I was left to have a good look around it and the knowledge and expertise was simply great. I highly reccomend Pinnacle to anyone thinking of upgrading they really went the extra mile for me. Thanks again Chris

Buying our Honda CRV from Pinnacle Cars was a good experience. Teo was friendly helpful and there was with no pressure to buy. Our car had just come in, and we were able to view it in their large covered showroom, which had good lighting. Teo explained what work they were going to carry out to prepare our car and when we collected it this work had been fully carried out to our satisfaction. Teo also explained our cars operating systems and fully answered all our questions.

Fantastic experience, I phoned on a Wednesday after seeing a Kia Sportage on their website, after a couple of days of searching through Autotrader for one with a full service history. Jordan was really helpful answering all my questions and explaining the process and reserving the car for me. I went to view the car on the Friday where Colin was brilliant and let me just have the keys to it, absolutely no pressure. He then filled in the paperwork despite me not getting there until the last hour of the day and I was able to pick the car up on the Sunday. Lovely car, almost pristine and no issues at all. So thankful I found them after a questionable experience with my last car at another garage. The showroom is filled with really lovely cars - it's clear that they take pride in what they do and the cars they sell. I'll definitely be back when the time comes to buy another car. Thank you!

I happened on Pinnacle cars by accident when I went to another dealer that was closed at 10:30 am. So saw Pinnacle and went to them, I am so glad I did. Bought a used car from them having travelled 70 mls to view it ,Was very impressed by cleanliness and professionalism of the premises and thought the price I paid was fair. The car was presented beautifully . On collection the guys put on a cab from the station for me and the car was ready for me to drive home. All very good. Within the first week , an engine warning light came on and I thought ,they've had my money and would be no help. How wrong I was ! Colin was as customer focused as it is possible to be , they sorted every thing out to my satisfaction and very quickly . I really felt I was dealing with an honest ,reliable and professional outfit and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing from start to finish. Soon as we arrived we was welcomed with a drink, was given the keys for the car we wanted to view and was told to go look around the car and as soon as we wanted to test drive it we can. Jordan gave us the keys and walked back to the office no pressure on the sale and let us have time to look. Any questions we had he was more than happy to answer after the test drive. Very easy and stress free
